Ken 'Flex Wheeler did something that every bodybuilder would love to do. He won the 'triple - crown' victories in early 1997, winning the Ironman, the Arnold Classic, and the San Jose Classic, proving he is one of the best bodybuilders in the profession, and earning him the nickname 'The Sultan of Symmetry'.

Ken is considered one of the best posers in bodybuilding. In an intererview with Flex, he said "Someone recerly told me that all my smiling during prejudging must mean that I don't take contests seriously. Seeing how severly I diet for a contests lends adburdity to that person's comment. The reality is, I'm a pro, and a pro must do what all good pros are expected to do: Practice until it becomes perfect. And that's what I do with my posing.

Ken married Madeline Love in June 28, 1997. His height is 5'9".
